So far, here, 2 weeks of no rain and sunshine every day. We had several days near 90 degrees at this location, about 15 miles southeast of Everett, Washington. . Very dry here in the forest now. No rain is in sight for at least 3 weeks. There are already several large wildfires, started on July 3, (likely from fireworks) in South central Washington state. There are many fires (hundreds) in Canada. The eastern part of the U.S. has been choking on smoke for several months from the fires in Canada. Maybe now something will be done about climate change and the negative effects humans are having on the environment.
